TERMS OF USE FOR JURISTESTONIA.EE
The service provider is Dzhani Consult OÜ (hereinafter “Juristestonia“), registration code 14080907, address: Liikuri 41/3-15, Tallinn, phone: +37255627884, email: info@juristestonia, website: https://juristestonia.ee (hereinafter “Website“).
The Website provides information about the lawyer, their personal legal blog, as well as legal services (hereinafter “Legal Services“), contract templates, and other documents (hereinafter “Contracts“). Through the Website, individuals and legal entities (hereinafter “Client“) can order contract templates and legal services.
1. Ordering and payment for contracts
Clients can purchase various Contracts and Legal Services via the Website as follows:
- The Client selects a suitable product and adds it to the cart.
- On the cart page, all required fields (marked with an asterisk), including contact details, must be filled in.
- At the final stage, the appropriate payment method is selected: either payment by bank transfer or another payment method offered on the Website.
Before placing an order, the Client must review the terms of service and check the box to confirm that they have read the terms of service.
When paying by invoice, the order number must be indicated in the payment description of the bank transfer.
Clients can pay via a bank link or by the issued invoice. Bank link payments are processed by Paysera EE OÜ (14426582). Juristestonia is the data controller responsible for processing the Client’s personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Paysera EE OÜ (14426582).
NB! After paying via the bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank’s page.
After payment is received in Juristestonia’s bank account, the Client can download the Contracts from the Website or receive them at the specified email address.
The language of the contract is determined by its icon or description.
Information about the fees associated with the services provided by Juristestonia can be found on the Website before ordering the corresponding contract. Prices for Contracts and other documents are indicated in euros.
After the Client receives the ordered Contract, the Client has no right to withdraw from the contract concluded by means of distance communication or from the service provided based on § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.
Juristestonia is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the contract or damages incurred by the Client if the delay or damages result from circumstances that Juristestonia could not influence or foresee.
2. Ordering and payment for legal services
Clients can also order consultations:
- Consultation booking is done either through the Website or using the Calendly system. Booking and payment conditions are governed by these terms of use.
- The duration and prices of the consultations are clearly defined: 1 hour or 30 minutes, according to the prices displayed on the Website or the Calendly platform.
2.1 Calendly bookings and payment
Client bookings and payments through the Calendly system (https://calendly.com/dzaniasvili/) are governed by the following conditions:
- Consultations can be booked and paid for only through the Calendly platform, according to the listed prices and availability.
- The Client’s booking is confirmed after payment is received through the Calendly system. Payment in the Calendly system is processed via Stripe, Inc.
2.2 Cancellation policy
By booking a consultation, the Client agrees to the following cancellation terms:
- If the Client cancels the meeting less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, Juristestonia has the right to withhold 50% of the amount paid.
3. Delivery and transmission of contracts
Juristestonia provides documents in MS Word format, and Contracts are drafted in Estonian, Russian, or English, depending on the language specified in the product description.
4. Complaints and liability
Complaints must be submitted by email to info@juristestonia.ee, including the following information:
- Client’s name, contact phone number, order number
- A precise description of the deficiency or non-compliance
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after payment for the Legal Service or Contract. All complaints will be reviewed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after their receipt.
5. Other conditions
Estonian law applies to the contract. The Client has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court in the event of disputes related to the provision of services.

All information contained on the juristestonia.ee website, including the design of the site and software, is protected by copyright and belongs to Juristestonia.
The information on the Website may only be used for non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, and transmission of the information contained on the Website to third parties without prior written permission from Juristestonia is prohibited.
